USRAP Building Costa Rica – United Nations IOM

This project went beyond a simple office setup: it was about creating a safe, efficient, and mission-aligned environment for the International Organization for Migration (IOM–UN). The scope covered the habilitation of six floors in Tower A of the International Corporate Center, under strict international safety and data network standards.
With over 2,500 m² adapted in a record 2.5-month execution, the program integrated administrative offices, training areas, and population service spaces for three different IOM projects. Prior to design, we conducted a global building evaluation, balancing investment costs, safety requirements, and contractual conditions. Our role extended to lease negotiation, ensuring fair terms and an optimized investment framework.
Through our Beyond Design methodology, strategy came first, design served as the tool, and managed delivery guaranteed a space that now strengthens IOM’s capacity to serve migrant populations in Costa Rica.
