Hospital Cooperativo – Strategic Master Plan

This ongoing project goes beyond architecture: it is about enhancing competitiveness, productivity, and long-term sustainability. Our role focuses on the creation of a strategic master plan that begins with a thorough analysis of existing conditions and technical assessments of critical systems, ensuring a clear baseline for decision-making.
The plan meticulously reviews compliance with Costa Rican health regulations and proposes a roadmap for continuous improvement. Through our Beyond Design methodology, we balance regulatory requirements with the availability of resources, implementing upgrades in a phased, cost-effective, and strategic way.
The result is a framework that positions the Hospital Cooperativo to strengthen its healthcare services, improve patient experience, and secure long-term operational resilience.
