Visa Application Centre – Canada, Costa Rica

This project was developed to host Canada’s Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Costa Rica, handling visa requests, passports, and biometric data for submission to Canadian immigration offices. The design was validated with international counterparts to comply with rigorous global standards in security, processes, and service quality.
More than an operational facility, this project is a benchmark of how international corporate requirements can be materialized into a cost-optimized solution—delivering the highest standards of safety and efficiency while ensuring an investment framework that maximizes value for both client and end users
